There is a book called “The Deep Hot Biosphere” by Thomas Gold which supports the theory that oil is NOT a fossil fuel. This is the ….paradigm that the Russians have been operating on and they are finding HUGE new deposits. They will soon overtake the Saudi’s in total oil reserves.
Some oil is found BELOW all of the fossil layers. Oil is less dense than the surrounding rock …. so how did it get down there, unless it …. bubbled up from deep in the earth’s mantle ?
Oil, natural gas, and coal can be found in or very near earthquake faults or volcanic vents. This further supports the idea that oil is not a fossil fuel. Coal is fossils that have trapped extra carbon; the natural gas can permeate up through the coal.
Coal mines have natural gas fires; earthquakes are often preceded by weird clouds.
This is also a Sustainable Development poster !
