I think David looks hot in his glasses and without them He is a great dramic actor he does his acting scenes with feellings. I love csi miami because of David Caruso. To me csi miami is the number1 show on tv and around the world. Today is Davids birthday still got it going on.

He’s an amazing actor, his good cop (or at least less bad cop) in Rambo was amazing and he played ‘parking attendant’ in Twins to absolute perfection he was so convincing it blew me away.

Hey, Caruso does better than some actors…namely Shater…
I myself look upon the role of Caine as an archetypal hero. Sure, it’s not the best…but it could be worse (eyes Shatner). Caine is supposed to be larger than life and a little rediculous if you examine it too closely, and Caruso plays that well. That being said, Caruso does much better in movies…in parts where you don’t see as much continual development and rabid exploration of the character as you would in, say, seven seasons of a weekly cop drama….Basically, Caruso is more the love-it-and-leave-it type, not the love-it-and-stay-married-for-eighty-years type.

He’s actually a brilliant actor who’s stuck in a bad role that he plays very well. You should check him out in other performances before judging him so quickly. Hate on Heratio Caine if you must (and should) but David doesn’t need a gimmick.
