Why is it that in the U.S. a woman showing her breasts to any degree is seen as some sort of invitation to disrespect her? That is the kind of thinking that leads to the “she was asking for it” mentality.

Do you know how hard it is to find dresses, shirts etcetera that actually closes over a chest like that? It’s almost impossible, clothes tend to be made to fit, at most, a C-cup.
