It’s hard to give a PG description. “Donkey show” is a joke, usually told by college students, where the story teller claims that he/she went to a rural Mexican town, and saw a woman performed certain “pleasurable” act upon a donkey. Such “performance” usually happened in front of a group of paying audience (Hence, “the Donkey Show”).
My dad claimed to have been to such a show when he was in the phillipines in the 80’s. And as far as it being purely a joke….well it could be feasable to photoshop that many photos of different people in different locations in different cultural eras, but….
I think it’s from a Carlos Mencia show. There was a bit about Spring Break, Donkey Shows, and Klingons.
it is. i have the entire seasons that are on DVD up to date. they are on the 5th season i believe. and yes, it was the Spring Break episode. they were talking about NOT seeing this Donkey Show.
carlos mencia, really?he seems more angry than funny.not to mention he seems to steal most of his material from other good comics, and then makes it, angry and not funny. part of the point of comedy is to change negative feeling into good feelings, you know the cathartic action of laughter is second only to crying, but adding anger into it?? seems like he misses the point.
actually what he does is tell it like it is. what he says is basically the truth. yes, he makes fun of races, but he uses his first amendment rights- the freedom of speech- and he also says how no one uses that right. plus, he dislikes people that don’t get his jokes, but he has done a couple shows FOR mentally challenged people. he gets angry because America has become more and more stupider as time goes on. if you don’t notice this, look at the different signs. if your local laundry mat’s sign has “open 7 days a week- sundays too” go in and ask why the sign says that. or go into a place like Wal-Mart and read the signs that say “no shirt, no shoes, no pets except seeing eye dogs.” and if you don’t get that last one- well…you don’t know humor then.
