Ok, that’s a little too far on the geek scale for me to process.
I think a mechanized peek-a-boo hole (like for guys’ underwear) would be more suitable (pun!). It would be a bit inconvenient for Tony Stark to cath himself every time he dons the suit, probably while some urgent catastrophe is happening.
Ditto Frank Herbert’s Dune, with stillsuits.
They have recycle process for that. It’s the nose itch that’s a killer.

Lolmaker has obviously been snowbaording in the wilderness before. you can pee 20 times, not drink anything all day, and once you spend a half-hour putting on all your gear, and you’re with a bunch of hot chicks 2 miles away from a restroom, you have to go….NOW. Poppin a squat is not about to help your gettin-some points, either.

Robert Downey Jr. is not in that costume. He played Iron Man as the man, but the suit acting was done by Richard Cetrone, who also played Big Daddy Mars in Ghosts of Mars and Pierce in Underworld I.
