I have BIG probs with Reeves doing Spike too. First, he’s 10 years too old for despite his so-called boyish good looks. The other is the same ol’ thing. The man doesn’t have the emotional acting range for this role. Just the imagination transition/expectations from the Spike’s voice and demeanor and what we know Keanu Reeves is capable of just doesn’t cut it.
