It should be, “The one man in a purple suit you won’t make fun of.” To make it even more proper, it should be, “The one man in a purple suit of whom you won’t want to make fun.”
Also, it should not be in poster format.

Well, we could say, “You are here to hear about proper grammar”.
We COULD say that, however I am finding it difficult to hear anything in a “read only” format…
“The one man in a purple suit you won’t make fun of” is also grammatically incorrect. Never end a sentence with a preposition.
Grammar fail. It’s fine to end a sentence with a preposition. That rule was based on a false premise and more often than not makes a sentence less comprehensible, rather than more so.
