What is ghetto about that?
I guess that to some, a black man wearing a top hat makes it “ghetto.” It’s lame and bigoted. How this made the front page is a mystery.
I think the top hat was what made it “Willy Wonka”. Now, I don’t have the slightest idea who this person is, but I’m thinking he’s the “ghetto” part of this equation.
And the fact that he’s flashing gang signs might be the ghetto link.
He’s just showing his pendant. Even if it’s meant ironically, it’s a little flaky.

It’s the Gangsta aspect that makes it Ghetto, not the black aspect. Gangsta = Ghetto. Gold plated teeth are not a mark of class.
I don’t see any connection between any ethnicity and the place where one grew up. T-Pain’s stage name is short for Tallahassee Pain, in reference to the struggle he faced growing up in the ghetto. Therefore, this picture isn’t racist.

That’s “T Pain”.Wanted to be a rapper,But couldn’t rap.Tried to be a singer,but couldn’t sing.He found a gimmick {The Autotune”},that allows him to be a novelty singer on other artists songs,but it is starting to get old.He will be fading away real soon,because every song he’s on sounds the same.As for the ghetto part,I guess it’s because he’s a Black person.The top hat and grills have nothing to do with it.
