I think the top hat was what made it “Willy Wonka”. Now, I don’t have the slightest idea who this person is, but I’m thinking he’s the “ghetto” part of this equation.
I don’t see any connection between any ethnicity and the place where one grew up. T-Pain’s stage name is short for Tallahassee Pain, in reference to the struggle he faced growing up in the ghetto. Therefore, this picture isn’t racist.
That’s “T Pain”.Wanted to be a rapper,But couldn’t rap.Tried to be a singer, but couldn’t sing.He found a gimmick {The Autotune”},that allows him to be a novelty singer on other artists songs, but it is starting to get old.He will be fading away real soon, because every song he’s on sounds the same.As for the ghetto part,I guess it’s because he’s a Black person. The top hat and grills have nothing to do with it.
Peace
What is ghetto about that?
I guess that to some, a black man wearing a top hat makes it “ghetto.” It’s lame and bigoted. How this made the front page is a mystery.

And the fact that he’s flashing gang signs might be the ghetto link.
He’s just showing his pendant. Even if it’s meant ironically, it’s a little flaky.
Rappers always bitching about growing up in the ghetto’s?
That’s why.
as most normal people know, T-Pain is a rapper and singer who works with all typical ‘gangstas’ and ghetto people so thats why
*rollseyes*
so not knowing who the hell he might be (and not wanting to) would make someone abnormal? way to be a tool…
I’m pretty sure it’s not a pendant, but a vial that holds a small portion of cremains.
PimpyWonka?!?
He Be Black
i’m so over him.
I really don’t get how this is ghetto at all.
Honestly seems like a pretty racist comment coming from someone that has no idea what they’re talking about if you ask me.
Black =\= Ghetto.
If anything its Gangsta…..
It’s the Gangsta aspect that makes it Ghetto, not the black aspect. Gangsta = Ghetto. Gold plated teeth are not a mark of class.

Willy Wanker and the Crystal Meth Factory.
(p.s. “Ghetto” by definition refers to any section of a city in which many members of some minority group live. Select optional group to be offended.)
Hands up everyone who can use a dictionary. Ahh, I thought so.
I can’t believe I’m on a boat.
it’s a big blue watery road
posieedon look at meee
It’s a black guy with dreads. Must be ghetto. **sarcasm**
It’s a chocolate rapper.
pun intended!
Other than the ridiculous glasses and horrific teeth I think he looks fine. What’s so ghetto about him?
‘ghetto question’ horse is dead…
blaarg got it right.
It was not meant to be a racist/bigoted joke.
