I think what the parent poster is talking about is how ridiculous her over-sized breast implants look, especially lifted to that degree in a dress apparently designed for a bust 3 cup sizes smaller. If she could have her intelligence enhanced (via “brain implants”), she’d have been smart enough to choose better when it came to her breast implants. Or at least a more flattering dress, for Christ’s sake.
This is the first time I have looked at a “New York” pic and thought she was wearing a nice dress. She, of course, ruins the nice drees with the huge boobs. If she was just a few cups smaller, she would actually be fab in that outfit.

Does anyone seriously, honestly think this looks attractive? MAYBE without the dress, although I’m a fan of quality over quantity. But especially with this dress, and the double horizontal out, down, out, down shape it forces the breasts into, I can’t imagine how something that unnatural can possibly be enticing.
I think the implants are attractive… at least, they would be attractive on another woman. But this is one of the worst people in the world. With her butt-ugly face, and even more horrid personality, I have a hard time seeing anything about her as attractive.

Totally agreeing with the Muppet comment. And the boobs….where do i even start. They must suffocate her while she attempts to sleep aka she must snore like a rhino.
As a large busted woman I have to say, it’s next to impossible to find an attractive dress or shirt that doesn’t smoosh the bust at least a bit. That being said, I still don’t understand why women PAY to have constant back pain, buy expensive bras, and have clothing tailored or possibly rip at the seams.
I wear wrap dresses, I find they don’t smash the boobs into a deformed shape. I’m also somewhat conservative in my taste though. I won’t wear strapless anything and i tend to stick to cotton during the daytime. Boring person, what can i say? I always have issues in that if it fits in the bust it’s guaranteed to be too big in the waist. If it fits on the hips it’s always too big at the waist. Bah….
one word. tailoring. if you get the dress taken in or let out, and choose a style of dress flattering to your body type anyone can look attractive in a dress.

LOL! Do you know how much I want to smack every person who thinks the simple idea of “tailoring” is going to fix every clothing fitting issue? A lot. Tailoring cannot fix major fit problems like a large bust to frame discrepancy. In order for the bust area to fit, you must buy a few sizes up. Buy a few sizes up and not only are the bust and waist areas larger, but the shoulders and upper chest and back are as well. And there is nothing “tailoring” can do to fix that short of taking apart the entire shirt/dress, recutting it, and sewing it back together.
Yep, I’m 40-28-40, they just don’t make clothes for people like me (unless you go to the specialty lines.) Not to mention some people can barely afford their clothes let alone having every piece tailored.
this is why i learned to sew for myself. i tailor my clothes to fit my body. i do not mush my body into my clothes. and you can take the back or a dress in by putting darts into it. and shoulders are easy enough to fix by taking the sleeves off.
Meh i can get my mom to do most of that but generally i’m running around in clothes that are too big for me lol.
