Nice break from all the ‘PMS’ captions.

  2. shin0bi272 says:

I thought it was “The Fairer Sex”

  3. peepers says:

    **yawn*

    You suck.

  4. Sadie Thompson says:

Did anyone see her in Bedtime Stories? Where they had the brief clip in which she had goat horns and tusks like a warthog? Or did I imagine that?

  5. First says:

They are the weaker sex. A picture of a fictional female heroine yelling does not change that.

    • DeathWyrmNexus says:

And thus we get the lol’s first troll.

    • Brittani says:

HAHA! I’m tougher than alot of men! (I’m over six feet tall) There isn’t many people I am scared of. I can benchpress 200lbs. So because I am a woman, I am weak? :p

      • DeathWyrmNexus says:

We never said the stereotype was based on anything intelligent.

On a side thought, considering the typical bragging posts these Lols get, perhaps we should have a drinking game.

A shot for saying they are tougher than men. A shot for labeling personal stats that can’t be verified. And you chug for a half minute if they ask the mocking rhetorical question about their weakness.

Disclaimer for the dim: This is not to mock women, this is to mock the predictable responses these Lolz get. I find the masculine posts about their own weight lifting to be equally silly.

        • Jedi Bates says:

          ^^^
          Win.

PS. Do you know how much could I lift? Like a gazillion tons! If not more! And I’m at least 9 feet tall.

        • Jim says:

And if we took a shot for every comment you left on this post, we’d be drunk.

          • DeathWyrmNexus says:

That could be a drinking game too.

DWN Drinking Game: How much will this overly opinionated twit comment on a lol post with his meh username? Jug a half minute if he corrects his own typos.

            Happy?

      • First says:

        200lbs is great for a woman–hell, it’s really good for a guy–but when I was 17 I was bench pressing 315lbs in HS.

So as you can see, what’s truly exceptional for a woman, is merely slightly above average for a guy.

        • DeathWyrmNexus says:

So we have anecdotal evidence being countered by more anecdotal evidence.

Hell, I am waiting for the hermaphrodite to show up and call us all wusses and report their 900lb benchpress record.

        • Azkyroth says:

Female humans, on average, have less muscular strength than males.

Of the numerous supposed deficiencies that are popularly considered to be possessed by all women and that are implied by the term “weaker sex,” the chauvinists, needless to say, will jump on the one outlier claim that is consistent with the data, use this as proof that their “weaker” label is correct, then go back to using “weaker” in the broad sense.

It’s kind of dishonest, when you think about it.

          • Dove says:

Although, it’s always quite amusing when a man is faced with a mother. Frankly, strength means bullcrap if you can’t use it right, and women are actually in several ways better adapted to survival than men–armies are now experimenting with cores of female troops, and finding significant advantages. Also, people tend to confuse size or muscle mass with strength.

            Eg. http://www.nbcolympics.com/weightlifting/news/newsid=190275.html

Also, one must admit that while women as a whole (in my opinion, likely due to the fact that there is no need or pressure to be strong) may be less strong than men, the natural balance and flexibility afforded simply from the composition of the skeleton tends to be far greater than men’s.

There, enough non-anecdotal evidence? Then may I offer: I’m short, but I make big men cry 8D.

            • DeathWyrmNexus says:

              That’s a shot right there.

Yaaaa, people forget that brawn isn’t the only possible tactical advantage. I am curious how the female troop cores will pan out. :D

            • Defenderofmacragge says:

your an idget. the best soldiers are always men. that’s how it’s been, that’s how it will always be. the best armies in the world(US, Britain, Germany) all have about 86% men. and of the remaining 14% women, 3 out of ten are pencil pushers. simply averages derived from statistics.

      • Crimzn says:

No… unless you’re claiming to be an entire group of people. Stereotypes are great aren’t they… a biologically proven fact and you’re trying to fight it with a SMALL exception, sadly i’m 6ft tall and bench more than 200lbs and dont even train. Feels bad to try so hard and still be at the bottom doesn’t it? Strong… but not intelligent are you?

      • Aaecus says:

        Nope, you’re a dyke.

      • Defenderofmacragge says:

yep. strongest person in the world, still a man. most influential leaders, men. best inventors, men, best soldiers, men. best doctors, men ans so on, so forth.

    • HP says:

till you can get a cold and not say your dead shut up o and push a 8-19lb baby out your bottom ya wrong hunny

      • DeathWyrmNexus says:

Ya, it is sad how much longer I stay sick than my fiancee’ and her super mom immune system.

      • argv says:

Not say you’re dead? Huh? I don’t think I’ve ever claimed to be dead when having a cold…

Pushing babies out my bottom, on the other hand…that’s way outta my league.

    • Jeff says:

A female heroine, as opposed to a male heroine?
      -
Yeah, this one is pretty stupid. Might as well have used She-Ra.

      • DeathWyrmNexus says:

One of the reasons I said the caption was weak since I could just counter with Hercules from the same producers…

There is better ways to show feminine strength than through fictional characters.

    • Jamie says:

Asshole, have you ever really seen Xena? When are just somewhat more elegant than men at fighting and thats why men call women weak and stupid.

    • girlpower says:

are not you son of a bitch! why don’t you go tell that to your mom, see if she doesn’t literally slap you to hell! you are a chauvanistic pig and it’s probably no wonder you have no girlfriend and no life!!!!

    • girlpower says:

first, you are a chauvenistic cowardly pig and if you think women are the weaker sex, try giving birth!!! it’s probably no wonder you have no girlfriend and no life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
as far as i’m concerned, and so is every other female to read your pathetic comment,
YOU ARE A PATHETICALLY STUPID CRETIN. look those words up, you might have trouble deciphering 3 syllable words.

      • Mesa says:

… Let me put my five-cents into this entire cluster(bleep, for the softer-hearted.)

        … Spaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaz. That is all.

      • Defenderofmacragge says:

lol. you’re hilarious. i’m 16 and i understand all those words. it probably took you your entire education to get to know them. men win again. :)

  6. StinkomanFan says:

*in the fetal position* Make the bad woman go away mommy.

  7. Czernobog says:

Call them the weaker sex after you’ve tried giving birth.

  8. hahahah yeah, she kicks everyone

  9. deadinfrancee says:

Xena! I want this as a poster in my house.

  10. Stronger Sex says:

So… girls are weaker? Tell me… at my job, I regularly deliver over 20,000lbs of supplies every day to restaurants all over the city. I carry the same weight, and sometimes more, than my male co-workers, yet I get back to the warehouse an hour earlier than they do.
Yes, Xena happens to be fictional, but there are plenty of women who can outshine a man at a “man’s job” every day!

    • DeathWyrmNexus says:

Looks like the guys there need to work out more to keep up. :D

      • Stronger Sex says:

Actually, the guys are basically lazy. LOL! I work for a great company which has NO problems paying overtime, so the guys take advantage of that and stay out as long as they can. I, on the other hand, would rather get back early so I can go home and spend more time with my family. :)
Personally, I think it’s great that men and women are different, yet equal. Women can do some things better than men, and the opposite is true as well. Yes, most men are technically stronger than women, however there are exceptions to this. Take a look around the city and look at most of the females… most of them are skinny beanpoles who MIGHT walk or jog on a treadmill twice a week at the local gym, but they couldn’t lift a 50lb box of potatoes without straining. If these same women ignored the “fashion media” and actually allowed themselves to have a normal female body, they would be capable of FAR more than they realize.
I hope you can understand some of my ramblings… I’m exhausted and really need to get to bed… LOL!!

        • DeathWyrmNexus says:

Worry not, ramble away. I am a gabby person myself so I understand.

You’re right though, the fashion media do a ton of damage to people’s mentality but a person has to take some kind of accountability so it will just perpetuate into infinity.

I do remember a bit of insight into the problem. “It is a bunch of gay men setting body expectations for a gender they aren’t attracted to.”

Makes me wonder how much of that is true…

    • shin0bi272 says:

I was watching a show on the science channel I think it was where they had this woman who weighed all of 120lbs dead lifting over 250lbs. I was just in awe. But they also said that “she could never lift as much as her male counterparts”… But considering they outweigh her by about 200 lbs that sort of makes sense. She could still probably out lift me though and I weigh about 250.

      • DeathWyrmNexus says:

The male and female averages of upper body strength are just averages. Exceptions exist in either area. I’ve seen plenty of women who could outmuscle me but I balance that with the number of them that I know can’t.

I’m 6′3″ and my sister is almost an inch taller, wirey thing too. Much harder to wrestle her down now and I have to be careful or she will toss me. Ah, the joys of family bonding. :D

  11. HomoDM says:

    I miss this show

  12. stew-pod says:

    ………………………………………………..

  13. ... says:

    Yelling makes you strong.

  14. shin0bi272 says:

You know I just noticed … she has really nice teeth. So maybe thats another stereotype busted cause i think shes british isnt she?

  15. tiddles says:

    Fiction: gotta love it

  16. Em says:

    HELLZ YEA!!!!!!!!!

  17. Hell Hath No Fury says:

they obviously mistyped ‘better’ as ‘weaker’

  18. Evertide says:

Xena? Pff, she was still nothing but t ‘n a when the chips were down. Now, The Boss from Metal Gear Solid 3, despite having a lousy voice actor, was strong.

  19. BORING! says:

why? just because the bitch is screaming? prolly just “that time of the month” again

  20. firque says:

    i’ll sex your ass

  21. chocobo says:

This Xena caption proves my theory that most of these captions are submitted by fantasy/sci fi geeks.
Star Trek, LOTR, Star Wars, and now Xena.

    Ps.
i wonder if xena is still as good as it was in 97?

    • Stronger Sex says:

I loved Xena when it was on… but after watching a few episodes recently, I know it’s really nothing more than “fun” tv… like Gilligan’s Island. Yes, I know I’ll get trashed for saying that, but let’s face it… it’s the truth. The show was created strictly as slapstick comedy loosely based on the 3 Stooges type of comedy and if you watch the show knowing this, you’ll enjoy it a lot more. The show was never created with the hopes of winning awards.

  22. Andrew says:

Looks more like “Women – Just plain Psycho”

  23. Billie_Budapest says:

Yeah. We’re frickin awesome like that. And nice of u to lay off the PMS captions. Once, its ok, 20 times, SOO NOT!!!!!!!!

And yes, sometimes womankind is refered to as the “weaker sex”

  24. kitty says:

    i know right? JEEZ LUIZ

  25. Everbound Venvel says:

Okay, people. Enough hissy-fitting. It’s annoying. I’m female and I think being female rocks. However, there’s this thing about the opposite sexes: men and women are proportioned differently. Men, on average, are taller, heavier and more muscular than women on average. If you have trouble seeing that, I suggest you get your eyes checked. It’s called sexual dimorphism, people! It exists! Testosterone! Look it up! Just because someone is bigger and stronger than someone else doesn’t make them better. The human species evolved the way it did for a reason. Men are generally physically stronger. Women are generally more flexible and have better balance. Men are often hairy. Women tend to be less hairy. There are other obvious physical differences, and if you don’t know what those are, why are you using a computer? Men are not better than women because they are bigger. Women are not better than men because they can give birth. What matters (or, at any length, SHOULD matter) is what a person does with his or her life, no matter their gender. ACTIONS are what make us or break us. *steps off of her soap box*

Oh, and by the way, we humans are generally a lot physically stronger than we think we are. We just look wimpy next to other species. XD

    • musicbox says:

I agree…but men for some reason think their better for it. And just because of the size difference and the ability to put on muscle doesn’t mean one woman can’t beat some guy. I was going to post what you were basically, that we both have different advantages.

  26. me says:

I wouldnt mind sexing her ass.

  27. musicbox says:

Who cares if they think we’re weaker? That just make sit easier to beat them.

  28. lesbian_dyke says:

where do butch lesbians fit into all this?
    hahaha
i have a friend who got his butt kicked by a lesbian a few weeks ago

overall, women may not always be as strong as men, but that shouldnt matter and what should matter is the individuals
everybody is different and im stronger then a few guys i know but i also some who are stronger then me, some girls too

  29. Jackarunda says:

They are the weaker sex. A picture of a fictional female heroine yelling does not change that.

  30. PH says:

    good morning :D
