Heres the thing, Nathan lanes not a queen, he’s a F*g. And by that I mean the gay community’s definition of the word F*g, (not the ass-hole teenage male’s definition,) in that he’s flamboyant.
But, to be a queen, he would need to either wear drag/or sing while wearing femmy clothing as a primary bit. But, as he only does that as a once in a wile bit, he’s disqualified for the rank of queen.
Also, he’d have to be a top.
