I took a martial arts named Tang Soo Do, which originated in korea and is as hardcore as it gets. I’ve been training for six years and am a first degree black belt. And i’m 12. Do the math.
eyelener_kitteh meant no disrespect to you or any female, but based on my experience a good number of girls aernt very physical people. Theyre mostly cheerleaders, dancers, gymnasts, etc. I will admit that some girls are physical poeple who like karate and fighting and stuff, but eyeliner is right, most guys do tend to take fighting and physical contact and pain better… How many grils do you know that play football?

same here. and i just checked online. FAKE PICTURE! the original yellow power ranger AND the second yellow power ranger were BOTH girls.
Actually, the original season that aired in America was the sixteenth season that aired in Japan, except with scenes changed to make the characters American. In the Japanese version of that season, the yellow ranger was a guy. They made him into a female in the American version to balance the male/female ratio more.
The picture shown above was three seasons before the first season to air in America, by the way. Supersentai.com has a database of every season of the Japanese version.
Obviously it is a man, take away the balls, you still have the fact that the pink ranger has a skirt on and no one else does. If the yellow ranger was a girl she would also have a skirt. Geesh I noticed this when I was six years old and the show had just come out!

The “joke” is the yellow ranger is male in the Japanese series. Problem is that the picture is a completely different team.

Either way, it’s easily explained by the fact that the girls were actually played by blokes in the stunt/martial arts scenes.
The actor who face you see and the stunt guy in the helmet are not the same person.

This is Kosoku Sentai Turboranger, 3 years before Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, the first Super Sentai series to be turned into Power Rangers. Now you could call it Mighty Morphin Power Rangers if it was Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger, Gosei Sentai Dairanger (Which they never used the suits except for 1 of) or Ninja Sentai Kakuranger (Ninja’s turned into aliens.. wtf…)

It’s already been covered here, but this isn’t power rangers, it’s a super sentai series. A series which wasn’t even “localised” for the american markets. fail.
The 1st PR series was zyuranger, and every year since then, they’ve used last years sentai show.
And yeah, you can tell if they’re women or not if the have the skirt with the pants.
I can’t wait to see them slaughter this years sentai (shinkenger) for next years power rangers.

WRONG.
The series shown in the pictures was from before MMPR. By a good few years too. It was a japanese super sentai series.
What they do is, is take last years Japanese sentai and adapt it for their own needs, that started with zyuranger. But the series shown in the picture was before zyuranger and was never adapted.
So. It was and never will be any form of power rangers. Do your research first.
