Well, it didn’t help that HJO only made a handful of movies for which he was well-known, the last of which (A.I. – Artificial Intelligence) being a brilliant flop, having lost money at the box office some eight years ago. No, Secondhand Lions does not count. The DWI/accident from a couple of years ago probably didn’t help either.
I hear he’s doing off-Broadway now. I suppose every comeback has to start somewhere.

He’s not terribly weird looking, but he does need a better haircut. He looks like something out of my 1972 Jr. High School yearbook.

I wouldn’t say that… yes he was a cute kid, but give him that decade and I’ll bet he grows into that face nicely. Young Owen Wilson or maybe Brad Pitt? Right now hes got some left over baby face lingering.

Mischa was hilarious in “Skipped Parts” (and I don’t just mean “cute and sexy”, I mean “good acting performance”), she excelled in “Lost and Delirious” which was certainly more professionally demanding. Two movies that made me look her up for being way-better-than-average-soon-to-be-has-been-actress. Immediately recognized her in “The Oh in Ohio”. I just didn’t realize until now that she was in the 6th Sense (the one who was poisoned I presume), but that doesn’t mean she’s not very memorable. Haley shouldn’t have grown up, though.

personally I really liked him in Second hand lions, it was a good role and he played it really well. He’s a good actor who hasn’t gotten a good career yet.
THANK YOU!! *Somebody* besides me remembers “Second Hand Lions.” That was a great movie, and all three leads (the other two, of course, being Michael Caine and Robert Duvall) were excellent. I never saw “Sixth Sense”; SHL is the anchor for me on Osment.
