I don’t get it. She is a good looking person – I know she want’s to be different – but doesn’t she realize she is getting mocked? It’s not like she can’t get in the news without doing this (hot + good voice = in the news)

Lady Gaga was a theater major. It’s all an act, she’s just playing a character. I think the difference between her and most pop stars, though, is that she started her career with that goal in mind.
I have to say though, the slim jim costume is better than the sea urchin/anenome one she had on later…
