Its Bill Kaulitz-Trümper, and with his brother twin Tom, they are Tokio Hotel and probably the best band to come out from Germany since the Scorpions.. in my opinion.

People who don’t think the Scorpions rock are probably too young to remember or understand the genre of the 80 hardcore metal. They were awesome – even after they got popular here and more commercially slick. They gave a great show.
