and it definitely didn’t cost only $10.95. if it cost less than $70 i’d be extremely surprised
Yeah I was gonna say, even I, as a “cut’s his own hair” guy, know that the haircut must have been around the neighborhood of $70. My wife gets a simple cut and color and it runs twice that.
I don’t like that show and nor do I like the people in it. Unfortunately the media is still gossiping about them.

Seriously, it started because “big business” started running out of correctly spelt words that they could copyright.
Like Ford Europe had a very successful model called the “Sierra”. One small problem; aother firm had already copyrighted the name “Sierra” for a kit car they made, and Ford ended up paying the other firm something like $16 (at then current exchange rates) for every car they made, and they made over 1 million of them!
It’s taking far too much effort to ignore this creep.
Yeah that hair cut is definitely more expensive than 11 bucks. It takes a lot of money to look that bitchy with just your hair.
Although the rest of her face doesn’t help, either. I remember when their show was sweet. Now its just pathetic. Poor kids.
You guys DO know that if you were in this situation, you wouldn’t want to be treated this way, so please don’t, I watch(ed it’s not airing anymore) their show, I’ve probably seen every episode, and if there’s one thing I know, is that Jon and Kate do not deserve this hatred.
Funny, I stopped watching their show because she was a humorless, shrieking, control-freak who treated her husband like dog crap. His mistake was not leaving her, it was letting loose his inner douchbag once he did leave. So yeah, they DO deserve this. The only ones who don’t deserve it are their poor kids.
Fwiw, I agree with you. I watched a few eps back at the end of the first season or the beginning of the second. I think it took a grand total of three eps for me to wonder wtf where the parents thinking and reach the same conclusions you did.
Then I quit watching because I have lots of other things to do with my time like bake cookies and garden.
I also know that I would not agree to appear on one of these Artificiality Tv shows unless the company were giving me a 6 figure salary (GBP). My sympathy tends to get watered down a bit by people getting this sort of money for nothing except wasting broadacast bandwidth!

I’m sorry to say this, but both of them do deserve this. Here are their offenses:
1. Having four times as many children as they are meant to have, and therefore contributing greatly to overpopulation
2. Then putting their children through the horrible experience of being filmed and put on TV, and hindering the development of their own poor children
3. Breaking up when their kids are all younger than 10 and are still on TV.
4.Killing trees only to print Kate’s OCD tale of ruining the environment with her ugly hair products
So now people aren’t “meant” to have more than two kids? Really?
I never watched the show, but I am under the impression that they didn’t intend to have that many, but the fertility treatments gave them more than what they bargained for. Although I may be confusing her with Octo-Mom… but it’s not unheard of.
But on most of the other points, I will agree with you. Although I can’t quite blame them for seeing the show as a way to provide for all those kids… but yeah, it didn’t do the family any good, obviously.
I’ll tell you what they didn’t deserve. They didn’t deserve a T.V. show and national attention just because they had a litter. If something happens every day,it is not a miracle.

I believe it’s some sort of smart Advertising/Publishing executive’s idea of being smart and up to date. I thnk the title should read 8 Blessings. (Bloody stupid idea if you ask me and the person who thought of the cover should have been shot!! I used to work in a printer’s and if I produced something like that I would have had my cards!!)

If you had to see her ugly mug every time you turned on the news,you would hate her too. I would love to live in the UK. In America,all these frumpy women copy her ugly hairDON’T. I saw a TV ad for a beauty school and all the hairdressers had Kate hair.

Just wanted to chime in here for a sec. I did make this LOL, and what I’ve noticed are quite a few comments on the $10.95 haircut.
It was meant as a joke, as in it looks like a $10.95 haircut. I know full well that it probably cost a hell of a lot more…but THAT’S the joke.
